Nice 2.5 km. walk to Stevie's Hole, followed by a dip in the hot springs. We've decided to stay another day (or more). Visited the general store, post office and library in the town. Pam chatted to the Aboriginal gentleman on duty in the library. He's from Druin.
Could get used to the pace here: have dip in the morning, chat to people; return in late afternoon, same people also returned, more chat. Have nice neighbours, Pat and Val, saw Pam stretched on recliner with novel, asked if ok, stayed and talked for ages.
